1. Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
A: We are a manufacturer and generally do wholesales. And trial order are also acceptable and welcome!
2. Q: How can I pay for my order?
A:
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
30% T/T in advance as deposit before production; 70% T/T balance before delivery;
100% payment before production of sample orders.
2. Western Union (W/U): Accept 100% payment via the Western Union.
3. Q: How About The Delivery Time?
A:
1. When products are in stock, delivery time is around 1-3 days. For some products in stock is European plug, generally we need 1~3 days to change the plugs and strength the package before the delivery.
2. When products are non-stock, the lead time is 15- 30 days depends on client requirements and quantity.
3. If you need the products urgently, please kindly tell us in advance. Cooperation will be supported for you :)
